Excellent service - they came promptly, explained and fixed the issue, and were able to get replacement parts immediately for my shower. Very professional and did excellent work. They also explained how to prevent or manage the issue in the first place, which will help in the future. They definitely go above and beyond in service, and I would recommend or use them again!
The plumber called before arriving. When he arrived on time, he was considerate on all levels. Worked in a very efficient manner. I was able to get another issue fixed at this time. Both jobs were completed to my satisfaction. Sink repair replaced cartridge. Ensured the lines are not leaking and drain not leaking. Second job replaced copper drain pipe with ABS to fix leaking pipe. Very happy with the work that was done.
